Who this covers

Fathom Business Solutions LLC (Fathom, we, us) operates fathomsolutions.ai and provides AI automation and consulting services to businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us directly. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, and whatever you choose to write in a form field or send us by email, call, or text.

Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Fathom does not receive or store full card numbers.

Usage information. Standard web analytics such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate region, and device type. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

To reply to you, to scope and deliver work you have asked for, to send documents and invoices related to an engagement, and to keep the business records we are required to keep.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it so that someone else can market to you.

Mobile numbers and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We send text messages only to people who have contacted us first, and only after they confirm. If you call (818) 392-5499 and we do not answer, you receive one automated text asking whether you want to continue by text. Nothing further is sent unless you reply YES or another affirmative. If you text us first, we reply in that same conversation.

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. In practice this is a small number of messages, and only while we are actively in contact with you.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also simply tell us to stop, by any method, and we will.

Who we share information with

Service providers who make the business run, and only so they can provide that service to us: Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email and calendar), Netlify (website hosting), and Twilio (phone and text messaging).

Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with anyone, as stated above.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Contact and project records are kept for as long as the engagement needs, and for the record keeping and tax periods that follow it. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

You can ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices and your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, or opt out of messages at any time. Email arthur@fathomsolutions.ai and we will handle it.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what is collected, to request deletion, to opt out of sale, and to not be treated differently for exercising those rights. Fathom does not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect what we hold, and we keep the number of places your information lives as small as we practically can. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Children

This site and these services are for businesses. They are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

When our practices change, we update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant and we have your email because of an active engagement, we will tell you directly.
