I find where your business is losing money, and where it could be growing but isn’t.
Less leak. More acceleration.
I’m Arthur Khachatryan. I run Fathom Business Solutions, here in Los Angeles. Two minutes of reading and you will know whether any of this applies to your business.
I do the work before we ever speak.
Fill in the short form below: your name, your business, and a line about where things slow down. That is all I need to start.
Then I go and look, before we ever speak, and when I have what I need we set up a call. It is free, and if what I find does not add up to work worth paying for, I will tell you that instead of selling you something.
Or call. An agent I built answers, any hour, first ring. Tell it where your business is slowing down and it reaches me with the details intact.
More about what I look for
Your business is a box, and you usually only see the front.
The front is the part you look at every day: the jobs, the customers, the crew. It looks fine, and mostly it is.
The back of the box is where things leak out. You are busy running the business, and checking these things over and over takes time nobody has. A call comes in Tuesday afternoon and gets returned Thursday morning, and by then they have hired somebody else. The same question gets answered by three different people three different ways. The numbers that would tell you which jobs actually made money are sitting in four places and nobody has put them together.
Four things leak: leads slipping, hours draining, insight lost, focus scattered. Most owners recognise at least one of them.
The box also has a lid, and that is the growth side of this. Businesses tend to settle at a size and stay there, not because they ran out of room but because nobody has had the time to ask what else is possible. Leaks first, though. A business that grows while it is still leaking just loses more, faster. Once that is closed, the question worth asking is what this business could be doing that it is not doing yet.
I look at your business the way your customer does.
I come at it from the outside, the way a new customer would, with no explanation of how it is supposed to work. I call in. I use your website. I see how long things take, what happens next, and where it stops. Then we sit down and I show you what I found.
Some of what I find will not be yours to fix, and I will tell you which parts those are and sell you nothing against them. Some of it takes five minutes. The rest is real work, and you will know what it involves before you decide anything.
25 years of corporate tech experience across 5 significant disciplines critical for success.
During the past 25 years I have gained expertise in websites and platforms, search engine optimization, AI, user experience, accessibility, and more.
That matters because most of what costs a business money does not sit inside any one of those. It sits between them. Somebody who cannot find you is a search problem, somebody who finds you and leaves is a website problem, and somebody who fills in your form and never hears back is an operations problem. Same lost customer, three specialists, none of whom would have seen the other two.
I follow the whole path a customer takes through your business. What you get back is one picture of where the money is going, not five opinions that do not line up.
